We therefore ask you to provide us with the name and e-mail address of all employees who will send us support requests in the future. This notification can be made via the sales representative responsible for you (also available at firstname.lastname@example.org), via an authorized colleague or by telephone via our support hotline.
If you have sent an inquiry to email@example.com, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt and a ticket number (e.g. "HHSUP-1234"). For further messages about the same case, please make sure that this ticket number is mentioned in the subject of your message. If you have several questions or problems, please send them to us as separate requests.
Please always include the corresponding Transaction ID (TID) as well as a detailed description of the problem and the expected result.
