Business to Business application requirements have changed within the last 5 years.
In the past, all B2B applications required highly skilled personal who worked with cryptic front-ends and user-unfriendly screens. This changed totally – call center, counter staff, etc. require easy to use and ergonomic platforms - like B2C applications. Therefore we had to change our B2B platform accordingly to meet with the market line.
The result?
A brand new concept of a Business to Business platform – TeMyra.Agent.
The first edition was launched in 2006.
TeMyra.Agent enables querying and booking of consolidator fares, Internet based low-cost carrier fares and all fares which are available in the GDS. The new platform concept is characterised by its clarity, its high performance and not to mention its easy and efficient handling.
During a flight query TeMyra.Agent simultaneously searches the Consolidator’s database for negotiated fares, the GDS for published fares and on-line rates of the low-cost and web-based carriers.
After that, all available fares including all relevant information are shown in a clearly structured manner.
This newly designed “Quick-Overview-Display” provides travel agents with a quick response, eliminating the several different search procedures on several different data bases between different web sites.
